Reconnect stored cushions with their positions
Lay the pieces out in the order they occupy on board and label their locations. If you have an earlier photograph of the complete seating, include it. A stack of similar cushions can hide the shaped corners and adjoining edges needed to understand a fitted set.
Show what was left on the boat
Photograph fixed backs, seat bases and visible fasteners as well as the removable pieces. Mention anything that was replaced since the cushions were last used. A new base or changed attachment point can make an old cover an incomplete reference for the finished work.
Decide whether the whole set belongs in the order
Identify whether you want one damaged piece recovered or a coordinated set. New material may look different beside weathered pieces, so show their condition together. If comfort is also a concern, distinguish new filling from a change to the outer cover.
Keep residence and marina directions separate
Oceania Marina is a local reference, not a substitute for your boat’s actual position. State where stored pieces can be viewed and where fitted measurements would happen. Agree any workshop drop-off before transporting the set, and include the return-fitting location if the vessel is elsewhere.
