Find the workshop, then confirm your appointment
Look for the door marked H-1 below the Apex Upholstery sign. Use Unit H-1 when arranging the visit so the appointment is for the correct entrance.
Call before setting off. Our team also works at boats, so an address on a map does not mean the workshop is available for walk-in visits. Tell us who is coming and which pieces you want to discuss.
A loose cushion and a fitted seat need different references
Photograph removable cushions in their normal position before taking them out. An underside view can show fasteners, backing and the shape that is hidden when the cushion is fitted. Bring the old piece only after we agree it will help the consultation.
For fixed seats, wall panels, headliners or fitted canvas, start with pictures of the complete area. Measurements may need to be taken at the boat: a worn cover or a single loose panel does not always describe the finished fit.
Decide what you want to keep
Tell us whether you want to recover the existing pieces, replace the filling, change the arrangement or coordinate adjoining surfaces. This separates a cushion-cover order from a new cushion set or a larger interior update.
Material samples, construction and the intended finish are discussed for your order. A photograph or screen color can explain a direction, but it is not a final material specification.
Workshop fabrication and on-board fitting
After you approve the proposal, we arrange the measurements and templates needed for fabrication. If your order needs on-board fitting, provide the vessel location and an access contact before installation is scheduled. Do not transport large fixed components without discussing the plan first.

- Confirm the time and use the Unit H-1 address.
- Bring a wide view of the seating or cabin and close-ups of the pieces.
- Show the fitted position and underside of any removable cushions.
- Explain what should stay, what should change and when the boat is available.

Can I visit without an appointment?
Please arrange a time first. The team may be working at a boat, so call to confirm workshop availability before traveling.
Should I bring my old cushions to Unit H-1?
Send pictures of the pieces and their fitted position first. We can then agree whether to bring them to the workshop or arrange an on-board assessment.
