APEX UPHOLSTERY / DAVIE WORKSHOP

From First Visit to Final Fit.

A fitted upholstery project has a clear sequence. The work is assessed first; the final pieces are made after the proposal and measurements are agreed.

1. Assess the work

We arrange the initial assessment at the boat. Show us the pieces, the damage and the result you want. The location and any travel charge are agreed before the visit.

2. Review the proposal

You receive the proposed work, price and anticipated timing. Ask about any item you want clarified before accepting it.

3. Measure and make templates

After approval, we arrange fitted measurements and patterns. Photographs help describe a project, but do not replace this stage.

4. Make the pieces in the workshop

Fabrication follows the agreed materials, shapes and construction. Tell us about changes to the boat before work proceeds.

5. Return for installation

The fitting visit is arranged against the boat's actual availability. If the boat has moved, the new location must be agreed in advance.
