Look beyond the tear
The condition around the damage matters. A small split in otherwise usable covering is different from material that is deteriorating across several surfaces.
Set expectations for a local repair
Discuss the appearance you need before agreeing the work. Replacement material, older finishes and an existing seam layout can affect how a repaired area looks beside untouched pieces.
Repair or recover?
We define the affected pieces and proposed work after assessment. If a local repair would leave the main problem unresolved, the conversation should include recovering the piece instead.
YOUR PROPOSAL
What shapes the scope and price
Damage beyond the surface
A split seam, brittle material and damaged foam require different remedies. Nearby material must be sound enough for a repair.
Match and longevity
The age and availability of the existing material influence whether a localized repair or a complete panel replacement is sensible.
What to send with your request
- A close-up of the damage and a wider photo of the whole piece.
- The underside, seams and attachment points near the failure.
- Whether the foam or base is damaged as well as the cover.
Travel agreed for your project

Before we visit
Can you quote from one close-up photograph?
A close-up helps, but also send the complete seat or cushion and the surrounding material. The scope may need an in-person assessment.
Can a repair be invisible?
We do not promise an invisible result from a photograph. Appearance and matching are discussed against the actual material and proposed method.
Discuss a Repair
Tell us which pieces need work. Include photos, your location, and any preferred dates.
