Distinguish a departure deadline from a preference
Provide the next planned use date and any period when the boat will be away. Explain which damaged pieces affect that trip and which changes could be considered later. We can discuss scope against availability without assuming every requested item can be finished before departure.
Show the helm and working seating together
Photograph the complete helm seat, nearby bolsters and adjoining passenger areas. Point out surface wear separately from lost support or a loose fitted piece. Include how the seats are used so the conversation addresses the required shape and function as well as the finish.
Add canvas only with its fitted references
For an existing top, enclosure or cover, show the full piece fastened in place and the damaged seams or attachments. Mention changes planned to its frame or the seating underneath. A repair brief should not rely on a loose folded canvas photo that hides the installed geometry.
Make both appointments fit the boat calendar
Jupiter Yacht Club Marina is a local boating reference. Enter the actual berth and person arranging boarding, then identify a return-fitting window after fabrication. If the vessel will move before installation, include the destination early so the project’s travel and access plan can be agreed.
Prepare your Jupiter project
- Next trip and periods when the vessel is away.
- Essential pieces separated from cosmetic additions.
- Helm, bolsters and fitted canvas photographs.
- Jupiter berth and a realistic return-fitting window.

Before we visit
Can you plan Jupiter upholstery around a fishing schedule?
Share the operating dates and essential scope before the order is agreed. Availability and fabrication requirements determine the plan; a desired trip date is not a completion guarantee.
Should I request a canvas repair or a new top?
Show the fitted piece, damaged areas and frame condition. We can discuss the appropriate scope instead of deciding solely from the size of one visible tear.
