Build a piece-by-piece scope
Identify each area, what stays and what changes. A room-by-room or deck-by-deck list makes the proposal easier to understand.
Coordinate the finish and sequence
Review the selected materials together and share any other work affecting the boat. Measurement, fabrication and installation should follow the agreed sequence.
Keep refit precise
Here, refit means the upholstery, canvas and textile work included in the order. It does not imply engineering, mechanical systems or structural reconstruction.
YOUR PROPOSAL
What shapes the scope and price
Coordinated scope
Cushions, bedding, curtains and panels need a shared palette and room-by-room inventory to avoid omissions.
Refit sequence
Approvals and changes by other trades affect when measurements can be finalized and pieces installed.
