Use the Naples boat location as the starting point
Naples City Dock is at Crayton Cove on Naples Bay. If that is your location, identify the berth and access contact; another marina or private dock needs its own directions. A Naples residence or regional mailing address may not be the place where the vessel can be assessed.
Combine the scope before arranging a journey
Group exterior seating, cabin upholstery and any canvas into separate photo sets. Name the pieces, quantities and intended changes, and mark which finishes will stay. This allows the whole request to be reviewed before travel is agreed, rather than adding an unrelated cabin or cover after the first appointment.
Distinguish design preferences from accepted choices
Include a material reference or designer’s brief if you have one, identifying decisions that are still open. For a coordinated interior, show panels, flooring and window finishes beside the seating. The proposal needs a defined scope and approval contact, not only a collection of inspiration images.
Discuss each required visit and its purpose
Photographs help the first conversation but do not replace fitted measurements. Fabrication occurs at the Davie workshop, and installation needs the vessel available again. Explain whether the boat will stay in Naples or move before fitting; travel charges and the appropriate visit sequence are agreed for the project.

Before we visit
Is Apex based in Naples?
Our workshop is in Davie. Naples projects are considered with the scope, travel and vessel access agreed before appointments are arranged.
Can I get a Naples upholstery estimate started remotely?
Send the complete photo brief, location and dates. It helps us discuss the work and suitable next step; final fitted details still require the agreed assessment and measurement process.
