This service covers textile flooring and runners. Hard flooring, decking and structural floor repairs are separate work.

Substrate issues and moisture need attention before new flooring. The proposal states what preparation is included.
Edges and access
Binding, stairs, removable sections and hatch openings determine the pattern and finishing work.
What to send with your request
- The complete floor area with furniture and hatches visible.
- The current carpet edges, binding and fixing method.
- Any dampness, damaged substrate or lifting edges.
Travel agreed for your project
Travel charges may apply. Any charge is agreed before the visit, based on your location and project.

Do you install teak decking?
