Agree responsibilities
The proposal identifies supplied materials, pattern work, fabrication and any installation. A drawing alone does not resolve who measures the final fit.
Review before production
Samples or agreed construction details can help clarify a complex order. Any sample stage and delivery schedule are included in the project scope.

What shapes the scope and price
Pattern readiness
Development from a concept and production from a proven pattern are separate scopes. Sample approval establishes the agreed construction.
Batch requirements
Quantities, supplied materials, labeling and quality checkpoints determine the fabrication plan.
What to send with your request
- Drawings, patterns or a representative sample.
- Material specifications and which materials you will supply.
- Piece counts, required tolerances and the delivery sequence.
Travel agreed for your project
Travel charges may apply. Any charge is agreed before the visit, based on your location and project.

That can be discussed. Suitability, completeness and responsibilities are agreed before work begins.
Is installation included?
Only when it is part of the agreed order. Fabrication-only and fitted projects have different scopes.
