Build a cabin-by-cabin finish schedule
List salon seating, guest cabins, owner’s cabin and any adjoining upholstered panels or textiles. Against each item, write retain, recover or replace. Include overall photographs so the same material name does not conceal different shapes, quantities or existing finishes in separate spaces.
Agree how material decisions will be approved
Identify who selects the material, who authorizes the scope and who coordinates the yacht. If a designer has supplied a specification, include its current version and distinguish approved choices from inspiration. Screen images establish a direction but do not replace the agreed material selection.

Tell us about work to cabinetry, walls or supporting surfaces that could affect fit. Include the date each space is available and whether any cabin must remain in use. The proposal should define the included pieces, measurement stages and installation access before workshop fabrication.
